Abstract
The work described in this report forms part of a field programme undertaken by the Hydraulics Research Station on behalf of the Corporation of Preston, to serve as a basis for recommendations directed at improving the navigable channel to the port of Preston. It should be read in conjunction with Report No. EX 281.
