Abstract

The research has developed a framework, known as the FIM FRAME method, to assist stakeholders responsible for the production of emergency plans for floods to assess and improve these plans. The FIM FRAME method can also be used to assist with the development of new emergency plans for floods and other hazards. This is the final report.
