The project has been carried out by the InternationalDevelopment Group of HR Wallingford in collaboration with the Department forWater Development in Zimbabwe. This report provides a conceptual design specification for an Integrated Water Information Management(IWIM)system. The conceptual IWIM system is aimed at staff working in the Department for Water Development in Zimbabwe. Although the IWIM system has been developed with Zimbabwe in mind the conceptual system is applicable to other practitioners and professionals working in the field of water resources management in southern Africa.
