Abstract

HR Wallingford was commissionned by the National Rivers Authority (NRA) to produce a hydraulics manual for meandering compound channels. This report details the results of the work carried out in producing this hydraulics manual. The behaviour of meandering channels during inbank and overbank conditions investigated.
