Controlled drainage. A path for uptake and dissemination

This presents a proposed path for uptake and dissemination of controlled drainage aimed at increased adoption of controlled drainage techniques. This report is addressed to selected donor and government officials in the first place. A combination of methods to build awareness among decision takers and the donor community is proposed. Adoption of the ideas proposed should enable informed decisions to be taken on the introduction of controlled drainage.
